Corrective Action Program Manager – Root Cause, Apparent Cause and Corrective Action program management. Served as Operations Department Outage Lead – Planned and managed more than 8,000 refueling outage work activities, avoiding license violations and manpower conflicts.

Licensed, Senior Reactor Operator, Control Room Supervisor. Managed safe, reliable operations of a commercial nuclear power plant. Supervised activities of 10 or more plant operators.

Work Control Center Supervisor: Planned and approved maintenance. Supervised technicians in the execution of maintenance and system operational status changes and testing.

Project Manager, Hope Creek Control Room Redesign: Managed budget of more than $2.4 million. Project on schedule and $400,000 under budget. This required the evaluation of new communications equipment, new power requirements, structural and seismic considerations.
