Teaching Philosophy
Students are unique, complex and holistic individuals who have the inherent capacity for rational thinking, self-actualization, and growth. I believe that my role as an instructor is to engage them to develop these attributes. All students have strengths, as well as weaknesses and often need support and guidance to overcome or manage their limitations.
