Oversee and direct all interactive options to the site as well as all web analytical reporting, ROI analysis/reporting, and Search Engine Optimization. Actively engage a Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy to drive awareness and inform the community of KentuckyOne Health’s services, quality, and patient support.

Key Results:

Successfully launched the KentuckyOne Health consumer portal, a portal that combined three major separate web sites. Developed the online strategy for the new site to include SEO, SEM, data mining, online engagement tools and a strategic business plan to direct consumers in to appropriate conversion funnels. Site traffic has risen 193% since launch and the patient portal engagement exceeds national standards with a 65%+ adoption rate.

Successfully developed and launched the KentuckyOne Health Social Media Strategy with 25+ Facebook pages and growing. Overall followers have grown 20%+ year over year with our current number of followers at 52,000 and growing. Continues to out-perform competition in editorial content and engagement.
