Actively engage a Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy to drive awareness and inform the community of KentuckyOne Health’s services, quality, and patient support.
Key Results:
Successfully launched the KentuckyOne Health consumer portal, a portal that combined three major separate web sites. Developed the online strategy for the new site to include SEO, SEM, data mining, online engagement tools and a strategic business plan to direct consumers in to appropriate conversion funnels. Site traffic has risen 193% since launch and the patient portal engagement exceeds national standards with a 65%+ adoption rate.
