Responsible for developing and driving the Transportation KPI for the district which consist of 6 states in the Southern Region of the country. Leading a team of twelve Division level Managers supporting 6567 employees and 837 managers and supervisors. Supporting and providing guidance to division level managers on the day-to-day hub and feeder operations and also drive safety, service and cost results. Develop and implement performance management goals and strategies that align with the Corporate and Zone Committed Service Index. Review district hub and feeder operations cost statements to ensure operational expenditures are in-line with planned budget.

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the West Tennessee hub operation in the district which consisted of 3 facilities developing both long- and short-term operating plans to achieve safety, service and cost results: while supporting 5 managers 90 supervisors and 1235 employees.
