Training
• Provide extensive training to sales reps and managers. Process and topics include: product features and use, the ‘business’ of the sale, asking for the order, making value propositions, pre- and post-call analysis, etc.
• Train end users, such as body shop teams, by showing samples and demonstrating product use.
• As a Six Sigma Black Belt for AAD, traveled with a team of 10 over 2 years to work with manufacturing teams and plants in 9 countries, providing support and training on Six Sigma processes.
