Duties: Once apartment has been vacated job was to check entire apartment for flaws, replace standard items such as a/c filters and light bulbs, note any repairs needed and complete the repair list within usually 5 days . Report any major damages or any items needed to be ordered for completion. Work with other trades in the time frame such as the cleaners, painters, carpet and flooring people etc.. Upon units completion I would re key the unit and change out mail box keys .

( flipping the vacant units for rental)
Duties: trash out unit upon tenant vacating the property. Make list of repairs needed from damage or standard repairs or upgrades t/o unit. Get approval of items listed and confirm what is necessary and what budget is for each property to stay within budget. Work to be performed but not limited to the following :: Paint, sheetrock repairs, replace filters, bulbs, shutters, toilets, vanities, towel bars, change light fixtures, change out appliances, replace doors, install blinds, change door locks, trash removal, yard service, pressure washing etc. Make unit ready for either a new tenant or market ready for sale. Communication with property manager was important and goal of turn key service on each unit with few exceptions .

Cleaning of vacation rental properties and reset units for next guess . Also inventories, maintenance repair work orders, deliveries to units and laundry room .
Pls note I had my accident in 2017 and end result was the loss of my right eye. I was out of commission for 3 solid yrs from the multiple surgeries, and the removal of it and healing time . I did many side jobs and small gigs for the following 2 yrs after … including pressure washing, painting, lots of lawn service and property clean outs . Metal recycling aswell . And also began repurposing items for resale using apps online for sales aswell as local sales . I am with impaired vision and limited with some performance limitations since the accident.
Hope this is give or take what we need for the resume . I'm sure the exact dates are not even close to what I listed but the yrs are correct . Ultimately I should qualify for disability and I hope to get assistance thru an attorney to begin receiving this but until that happens I have to keep plugging away at jobs . Needless to say my abilities are less then what they once were and my speed doing anything is slower then many simply because I end up hurting myself or others around me if I try to move to fast doing things . My vision is half of others and speed does not go well with half blind people . I have to keep trying to find my place in the work force until something with disability falls into place . It's very disappointing to not be able to perform adequately but I always try.
