Job Profile:

Sending enquiry to our reputed vendor to purchase electrical goods like Cement, TMT Steel, Tower Parts, Nuts & Bolts, Conductor, Cable, Hardware Fitting etc.

After taking the price, I negotiate with 2 or 3 vendors

I finalize the order of the best rate giver.

Issue Purchase order to our finalize vendor through ERP.

Follow up with vendor to give inspection call to client & dispatch our materials immediately.

Getting proforma invoice from our vendors & hand over to LC department for making LC.

Dispatch of materials, Making and maintain DI & Work Orders, Price finalization and DI & Work Order generation in ERP

Identifying & developing potential transporters for achieving cost effective Dispatch of materials, negotiation in prices & timely delivery to the Site

Arranging the Road permits & maintaining records in ERP for all the Projects.

Arranging & certifying the Performa invoice of the materials and submitting to the finance department in order to release the payment for dispatching material

Keep controlled documents & records for use of Logistic dept.

Checking & certifying transporters bill and submitting to the finance department in order to release the payment

Making & maintaining the reports of damage materials and submitting to the insurance department in order for claiming

Maintaining Logistics Management Systems and delivery of finished goods as per committed timelines and cost.

Arranging the MRV (GRN) & maintaining records in ERP for all the Projects. Projects Undertaken

Rural Electrification (PGCIL-RE) Projects: Dispatch of Equipment and material (Line & Substation items) for Rural Electrification Work in various district of Bihar, Assam, Cuttack, Samastipur, Begusarai, Muzaffarpur, BIharsharif, West Chanparan, Sheohar Under “Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojana (RGGVY)”, Nagaland & Manipur. Substation Project:
