Responsibilities

New product development:

Program handled:

Ford – MCA; Kia-SP2I; Hyundai-QXI; Renault- HHA

Make the time plan for the project after collecting details from program team or customer.

Get the product design and paint supplier details from the program team or customer.

Prepare the jig density and paint consumption for the product based on the customer product design.

Make the sample jig for process validation and handover to production team.

Make the paint validation by testing DFT, Adhesion, Gloss, density, viscosity test as per the supplier TDS.

Conduct trail by tuning the paint in line to match the customer approval color sample with the paint supplier.

Based on painting line requirement paint and thinner combination should be finalize and match the color for color approval.

After many iteration of trail, color ok part send to PV test.

Based on PV test result submit the sample parts to customer.

Based on customer command or demand submit the final product for approval.

Get the sample signoff parts from the customer for regular production.

Support ok parts delivery to customer for PP build and Mass production trials.

Before SOP painting line should be ready to deliver for customer demand (quality and quantity wise).

Active team member in CFT on complete project.

Regular follow-up with the CFT team to meet the time plan of the project.

BOM making in SAP for the product.

Responsibilities

Paintshop commissioning:

Paintshop layout planning, parameters and design finalization with our IPEX team.

Discussed with supplier and get quote for final draft.

Regular meeting with supplier and finalize the quote based our requirement.

Daily meeting with top management and get approval for layout and cost of the project.

Organize regular meeting with customer to approve our Paintshop.

After finalizing the supplier get the time plan of our project.

Verify the time plan and finalize the time plan by conducting meeting with supplier.

Daily commissioning activities verification and snags corrective action follow-up with supplier.

Portion wise commissioning validates and gives approval for next portion commissioning.

Daily and weekly meeting with supplier to validate the time plan adherence and rectify the snags.

HSE point verification at each stage of commissioning activities and action plan follow-up with supplier for open points
