1.Creating the User Accounts

2.Granting Permissions and Assigning Different Screens as per requests placed by the Users.

3.Adding/Removing/Modifying the User Accounts as per the request placed.

4.Removing Password Violations and Inventories from the User Accounts.

5.Removing the Suspensions from the Suspended User Accounts.

6.Resetting Passwords for the User Accounts.

7.Assisted in troubleshooting user problems relating to Operating System issues (Win9x, NT, and Win 2000), Network Connectivity, upgrades, MS Office products and Internet connectivity.

8.Performed upgrades, installation of software and drivers and essential desktop troubleshooting.
