Job Description

Working with the Project Controls Manger to develop and implement an Electronic Data Management System to facilitate project communications throughout the Project and Supports the development of workflow processes.

With the support of the PMT & QA/QC Manager by developing a Document Control Management system and relevant supporting procedures for the Project that maintains and distributes project documents.

Register & maintain documents in the Electronic Document Management System selected by the project.

Preparing Document for Submission Uploading for final Submission through ACONEX and Creating Workflow.

Quality review for the documents, related to design and construction from designers, contractors, sub consultant, as per the Project procedures.

Distribute of documents through Aconex as per the distribution matrix & create and update the workflow templates as per project requirements.

Participating as an Audit along with the QA/QC Manager during POSCO HQ Internal Audits and document control portion to monitor the internal processes and effectiveness of compliance with ISO requirements.
