-Assessed organization goals to validate unforeseen gaps in processes, provided strategic recommendations with coordinated key enablers to enhance the organizations way ahead and conduct training awareness forums for change implementation for the Navy Medicine Reserve mobilization process which provided transparency to customers on how medical asset staffing and manpower. Leading People: Represented Health Disparities working group with Government Agencies and Private Sector Industries on Interagency Policy Committee for the Federal Collaborative on Health Disparities Research and the National Partnership to end Health Disparities.

- Led high-visibility action group providing rapid responses to Senior Executives, Technical Experts, officials and community at-large.

- Responsible for the overall implementation of fiscal management, external relations coordination, evaluation and data collection of the CMS Health Disparities Program, Implement strategic direction in programming of $22 million dollar program.

- Team lead for implementation of a 7 state chronic disease self-management pilot project for Medicare. Program Lead for the organization and implementation of health disparities technical advisory panel for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Health Disparities Program.

- Project Officer for the implementation of web presence for CMS health disparities program

(CMSPulse.org).

- Project Officer for the development and implementation to improve the quality of data for racial and ethnic minorities for Medicare Report to Congress. Building International Coalitions Partnerships: Navy Reserve Mobilization Officer, ensured over 400 plus-billets were fully staffed to provided superb, continuous, and expedient medical care and support to Sailors, Soldiers and Airmen including Coalition nations.

- Supported the logistics and tracking for International Security Assistance Forces: Dutch, Britain, Jordan, Romania and Afghanistan; and provided critical logistic operations support with Multinational Forces in Regional Command South and West Afghanistan.

- Worked with local and civic organizations in Baltimore Maryland to evaluate medical and humanitarian needs for mobilizing sailors; Wrote policies and procedures for daily, monthly and quarterly processes, evaluated the training needs of personnel.

- Co-created and implemented a Navy Operational Support Center Baltimore Ombudsman program under the supervision of the Executive Officer; Coordinated retirements, Annual family day and other NOSC wide activities.

- Developed and implemented cultural health literacy training for outreach and education of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services employees. Developed and executed statements of work for further development of the language access plan, compiled literature review, budget execution documents and participated in internal and external stakeholder meetings. Developed mechanisms to evaluate and include external stakeholder input into the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Language Access Plan.
