Job Profile:

Chief Accountant, Supporting the management in accounting activities, This included the responsibility for all accounts receivable and payables, payroll, and fixed asset transactions. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the financial processes within the company as follows:

- Review, approve and post daily transactions through the accounting system .

- Review and approve monthly bank reconciliations.

- Responsible for the monthly closing as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations & journal entries.

- Preparation of all financial reports, including profit & loss statement, balance sheet

& statement of cash flows, as well as the year-end financial reports

- Follow up the cash position daily and maintain cash management Support cash forecasting process.

- Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results & forecasts/budgets.

- provide corrective action recommendations to management where necessary.

- Plans, manages, coordinates, and implements the year end closing processes and procedures for the assigned accounting records; conducts year-end closing process.

- Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all qualified requests. In addition to the Accounting tasks, also Handling HR & Administration work,

- Prepare monthly leave and indemnity calculation and update the data base with provision amounts.

- Review monthly salary report after getting all needed information (employees’ leave days, benefits, addition, and deductions).

- Upload salaries on bank’s salaries portal after getting monthly salary report approved by the executives.
