Associateship: MyoCore at Menorah Medical Center (November 2020-Present)

Hospital-based chiropractic clinic focused on non-invasive treatments by improving joint motion, muscle function, and increase flexibility.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded, comprehensive patient care.

Presentation and treatment of myofascial pain and trigger points and referral patterns.

Kansas City Veterans Affairs Medical Center Clerkship (July, August 2020)

Position: Student Intern under Clinton Gowan, D.C. and Morgan Baldridge, D.C.

Received mentorship and additional education as a chiropractic student as part of observational rotations with Cleveland University’s outpatient clinic.

Observed treatments and helped administer care to patients while under supervision of the chiropractic physicians.

Studied and discussed radiographs and advanced imaging studies on patients and reviewed clinical relevance and impact on treatment moving forward.

Observed many different conditions and pathologies and discussed at length diagnosis and factors affecting these conditions in addition to comorbidities patients are experiencing.

Cleveland University-Kansas City Clinical Externship

Interns selected work in tandem with skilled clinicians from Cleveland University who provide care within community clinics in the greater Kansas City metro area. These clinics are interdisciplinary clinics whose primary demographic is Kansas City’s underserved patient population. Externship involved patient examination as well as assessment with all care supervised by a Cleveland University clinician.
