Responsible for leading a team of 13 branch managers and 75 sales professionals across Southern Ohio. Responsible for district financial performance by driving excellent results through coaching, identifying weak areas and conducting training as well as holding managers accountable. Build and leverage relationships with product and line of business partners to benefit the customer and achieve sales/financial results including mortgage, commercial, wealth and investment, merchant services. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees to lead their own team of sales professionals. Led this District 7 PAO closures and leading through COVID-19 where 50% of offices were closed at any given time. Achieved status of annual pinnacle winner which signified the best of the best (over 120 Districts across the bank) twice.
