Trained on the job to operate Rondo machine food processor for producing sausage in different forms and sizes. Operated dough mixing machine and oven. Tutored group of trainee operators on machine operation with effective communication skill.

Responsible for cleaning, maintaining the machine and immediate work areas. Record production information, machine performance and report mechanical fault if any.

Food safety handling, packing of goods into boxes, bags and containers, checking products and packaging for basic quality and quantity defects, feeding and unloading processing machines. Other duties include, transporting of raw materials, finished products and packaged materials, removing filled containers from conveyer.

Sorting and removal of fish of uneven sizes to allow stocking of the same size of fish together so as to figure out the feed size to be used. Test cropping the fishes while sorting to check for growth/weight rate in order to adjust feeding level accordingly.

Managed the type of feed and amount of feed fed, weight of fish, stocking date, projected harvesting date, water quality parameters and disease treatment, taking general inventory of materials. Developed a scope to reduce cost of feed used by 20%.

With my previous experience in farming and management, established and managed a mini-farm with Aquaculture (Fish Farming), vegetable and plantain production. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, weeding, fertilize and spray crops, Harvest crops, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment and at the same time keeping farm records.
