Carlstar Group is a privately held company of American Industrial Partners (“AIP”). The Carlstar Group is a leading manufacturer of specialty tires and wheels for a diverse range of end markets including the outdoor power equipment, agricultural / construction, high speed trailer and power sports markets. The company is a former reporting division of Carlisle Company, Inc. (NYSE: CSL).

Distribution Center Wave/Operations Planner 07/15 – Present

Analyze daily shipping capacity of a 325,000 sq.ft facility to maximize efficiency and improve the operations flow and performance.

Responsible for planning our workflow to achieve our buildings lowest past due to $35,000 of a overall order bank of $7.2M.

Have served as interim operations manager and led daily start-ups, managed overall resource allocations and daily shipment needs.

Worked with senior management, on-floor leadership and production staff to level load our facility workload that help achieve some of the best company metrics to date (cost per unit to an average of $.45, increase of shipment accuracy to 99.98%, and improved our on-time delivery over 90%).

Work with Top Tier Clients and Customer Service Representatives across the nation to ensure that all orders are planned and prioritized in order to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

Serve as the liaison between our distribution center and all client, inbound freight forwarders, shipping carriers, and customers.
