SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER II – 2009 to 2017

Supply chain and logistics for Freeport Co-Products/Intermediates for CM and G-CMP Polyamide Wide-Spec, and Exports and Imports for Polyamides.

Management of co-products inventories using push strategy out of Freeport Plant site. Has financial impact directly to EBIT.

Disposition of wide-spec Polyamide and Sales.

Back-up for Ammonia Sulfate / Intermediates Sales and Shipping.

Loading, shipping, and logistics for C&IC (Caprolactam, Cyclohexanone, HAS, Anolon).

Responsible for daily production/packaging entry/reports, daily packaging /shipping schedule, hopper levels.

Responsible for third party inventory (JIT), transfers, corrections.

Responsible for all end of month inventory reports.

Developed excel spreadsheets and forms still being used such as the warehouse shipping schedule, hopper car board, dump sheets, loading sheets, returns, etc.

Trained in all aspects of warehouse operations such as drum, box, tote bin, railcar, boxcar loading/unloading; hopper swaps, equipment maintenance/repair, licensed fork truck / track mobile operator.

First SAP user at Freeport site and trained in and setup Polycaprolactam verps, boms, article numbers (raw materials, packaging material, end products) in addition to daily production, packages, bulk, etc. SAP entries.

Trained in export / import purchase order entry.

30 years’ experience with BASF Corp including 22 years in warehousing/inventory management and 8 years in customer service.
