1-Foster Collegiality and team spirit among staff members.

Acted as a scrum master in weekly administrative and academic meetings. This helped raise communication and provided a clear scope of operations.

Provided communication with students and parents by organizing seminars and webinars. On different occasions, these meetings were essential to the organization as it met its objectives.

2-Prepare SOPs, and academic and non-academic reports and share them with corporate for data analysis, optimization planning, and execution.

3-Promote suppositions for high-level performance to staff and students. This was accomplished by:

Analyzing both in-house formative and summative assessments, and external standardized and diagnostic tests such as MAP (growth and screening, SAT and AP and working in collaboration with academic departments on identifying the learning gaps to align the departments' standards vertically and review its curriculum.

Creating plans and communicated deadlines to complete projects on time

Meeting quality control and call center to arrange the appropriate mechanism to report and inform parents and teachers.

Organize and arrange action plans to assist and work in improving learning gaps, emphasizing the teaching and learning opportunity gaps.

Regulated many workshops and facilitated many, which, as positive discipline, SIS integration, and procedures. These workshops were highly recognized by all team members which raised morale and enthusiasm.

Met daily staff members and teachers and had the objective to observe our 170 teaching members, receptionists, call center, registration, supervisors, quality controllers, facility management, and administrators to ensure key performance indicators are met, evaluate their performances, recognize high performers and assign others to professional development. This practice implied unity.

5- Played a direct role in planning activities in place with academic and non-academic departments (Accounting, Procurement, Transportation, Admissions, HR, IT, FM) in coordination with the board of directors, and superintendents to ensure the attainment of the school's mission.

Followed up on financial statements and coordinated with corporate to establish the best course of action when the need arises. At certain junctures, had to intervene and work with our team on placing the best strategies to minimize delinquency.

Worked with procurement to optimize all available resources and utilize them efficiently without affecting service quality. One of which is a relationship built with multiple providers and services " Books, Event Venues, Stationary, Activities, Hygiene Service Providers, and many more".

Monitored company inventory to keep stock levels and databases updated

Worked with admissions on implementing MAP screening into our system and made sure that newly enrolled students are well induced to school, academically and culturally, and that they are well evaluated and observed, and offered support if needed.

Worked with IT on establishing and building our SIS, PowerSchool. This was a huge project as we shifted from an in-house dashboard and SIS to an internationally recognized SIS. We worked on multiple platforms as we diverted simple Google sheets and docs into a well-integrated SIS. I monitored and worked collaboratively with the IT team and corporate to provide the best quality that served our school upgraded application usage and internet capacity.

Played a role in introducing our blended learning model. As Covid-19 emerged, education has changed substantially. My team and I worked together on building our model utilizing different applications and add-ons that are today one of the best models introduced in the Western Region.

6-Orient new staff and offer induction programs

From the first day, make sure I attend all demos after shortlisting and share my feedback with HR for final decision taking. This allows me to identify my colleagues' strengths and areas to improve. By that, I schedule observations and set action plans.

7-Work with planning committees and facilitate accreditation
