August 2015 - Present First Shift - Group Lead Arnold Magnetics Orchestrated Kaizon in several departments, including block gluing, magnetizing, and furnace work. Utilization of efficiency techniques had previously inefficient assembly procedures rendered much faster, allowing key products to reach customers more quickly.

Developed shipping procedures that allowed not only a drop in labor spent but also allowed for cross department use, resulting in a greater utilization of labor hours across the manufacturing portion of the company.
