EXPERIENCE

SolvIT Solutions— Technical Support Specialist

October 2022- Current

I troubleshoot issues with existing clients for their computers (personal and business equipment). I assist with setting up networks for home and business clients. I also take part in break-fix support. I am well versed in repairs to hardware and troubleshooting software issues. I am building a catalog of training videos with the business owner and have plans to grow in my knowledge by way of completing more IT courses.

Cox Communications — Tier 1 Residential technical Support Specialist

July 2021- October 2022

My year at Cox Communications consisted of answering calls from customers located across the United States. I assisted them with all troubleshooting needs from cable services, to internet and home phone. I was educated in fiber and coaxial connections into the home. I sent updates to equipment in the customer's home, rebooted equipment, and if needed, I'd set up a technician in home service call. I also assisted new customers with setting up their new equipment for all three services along with activating new equipment for existing customers.

Bluebird Freight — Warehouse Associate & Heavy equipment Installer/ Operator

October 2019- June 2021

During the time I worked for Bluebird freight, I assisted with loading and unloading of shipments for consumer products, medical equipment, and other heavy equipment by hand along with using gas- powered and battery powered forklifts. I was also trusted with driving across the southwestern area of the United States to assist with the installation of Amazon lockers, Coinstars, CoinClouds, ATM’s, and the abovementioned medical equipment. Due to me being in a serious long-term relationship with a family member of the owner of the company, I felt it would be appropriate for me to step away from the company and pursue another career path.

Amazon, TUS1 — Warehouse Associate

August, 2019- October, 2019

While working at the Amazon Reverse Logistics center, I was responsible for checking all returned products for quality and deciding if those products were eligible to be resold as new, used, or if the items were unsellable. I was in the top 2% of all employees during my tenure at the warehouse. When my car broke down, I was unable to make it to work and was forced to resign.

TTEC, T-Mobile Program — Telesales Agent

September, 2018- August, 2019

While working for the T-Mobile program, I took in calls for starting new lines of service and new service activations. I was given the opportunity to assist with starting a new line of business which was successful for the duration of my time in that position. I assisted my management team with training many new- hires who went on to become successful agents. After six months in that LOB, I transferred to the Chat team where I grew in my knowledge and understanding of the company and became very good at my job. However, with a newborn baby to take care of, I needed to find a new job that had better guaranteed paychecks.
