20 years as general manager/owner/ partner in Romeo Mold Technologies in Romeo Mi.
Prior to Romeo Mold - plant manager at OSB. Inc, a small fixture shop which I introduce to plastic injection molds. In 3 years, the team I spearheaded built OSB Inc. into a lucrative 5 million a year tooling company.
Prior to OSB Inc. -- I was shop supervisor at Sharp Die and Mold, a tooling company. Under my supervision the company had 4 consecutive years of profitability.
Currently I am a program manager with Delta Technologies. I took over the management of 30 tools at different stages of completion. Customer satisfaction is my goal. This was achieved by my intense dedication to the program’s success and by using my defined tooling experience and knowledge of the tooling process. With manufacturing, we as a team were able to accomplish an on time and challenge free result.
