Provide leadership in construction management, overall direction, and financial outcome of multiple institutional and school construction programs for ground up projects located in the NY and NJ Metro region. Overall responsibility to manage challenges, to establish scope and negotiate sub-contracts, prepare budget, design, procurement, construction and close out of traditional and design build projects. Oversee project reporting requirement, project schedules, coordinate design reviews, construction change process, quality controls and assume overall accountability of jobsite safety. Supervise field personnels, including supers, MEP supers, site safety personnel, monitor their work plans and conduct weekly meetings to make sure it is conducted correctly, Mobilize subcontractors in advance and assure that job conditions are ready for them. Follow up on change orders, attend foreman’s meetings, tool box talks, weekly site inspections and prepare reports as necessary. Review material list with Supers and order it in advance.
