Significant Outside Activities & Accomplishments (Work Related Only) Completed major renovation, restoration and additions to my 100+ year-old home in South Louisiana. Learned valuable lessons in sub-contractor scheduling, cost growth management, clear values and trade-offs and safety culture outside of our core business. I was able to influence an increased awareness of safer behaviors among the various trade crafts who worked at our location. No serious injuries occurred to the workforce during the completion of the project. Participated twice in the ‘Movember’ fundraising campaign for cancer research. The Movember Foundation started in Australia and has now spread to 20+ countries around the world. I was acknowledged twice as the #1 individual fundraiser for Chevron globally. Raised $2050 in 2012 and $5625 in 2014 (#57 in all of Australia). I have included this here as a demonstration of Chevron Way Behavior and dynamic leadership. All funds were raised without any costly events or taking time away from work hours. My support for the unique Australian cause helped develop new relationships and strengthen those already in place with our Australian teammates. Language

FGP/WPMP 3GI ME&I and CUG:
Joined the team in Farnborough during the final rounds of ME&I Contractor Selection. Received an FGP Job Performance Bronze Medal Award from SCM for my contributions to this series of evaluations and face to face meetings in Farnborough and Atyrau. Mobilized to Tengiz in Feb 2018. Construction Management strategy changed in April and our role changed from Contractor management to Project support interface with FGP stakeholders. We provided direct field interface management with Temporary Facilities Construction, Heavy Haul/Heavy Lift, Security, Emergency Response, Logistics and General Services. We also lead the final design approval and construction of the contractor’s South Camp, purpose built and paid for by FGP ME&I for housing, catering, offices and workshops.
Demonstrated flexibility in transferring from ME&I to fill a suddenly open position of CUG Senior Construction Manager in January 2019. Remained in that position until close out of CUG contract 2Q19.
Again, demonstrated flexibility in transferring back to ME&I into the newly open position of General Superintendent-Shared Services. Initially required a full-time presence at the Aspan Village construction site. We adapted and implemented Workface Planning and Production Control tools from the 3GI ME&I construction site to get the critical systems completed for occupancy approval by TCO Emergency Response and RoK Regulatory Authorities. Facility was occupied by TCO team in time to meet our move-out date from COCR South Tengiz, New Tengiz and TCOV housing. January 2020, I accepted the request from our Senior PM to fill the new position of Area Superintendent-Nights to provide more robust leadership and emergency response experience as the night crew of 200+ grows to over 500 or more. Simultaneous to this work, I volunteered to provide constructability assistance to the 3GP CUG cable installation team in Farnborough. Medical issues with my wife’s father at home required me to post for a rotational position and then repatriation of our family to the USA. Dates (Month/Year): 8/2016 – 6/2017
