RESOURCE AND PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT: Develop and present life cycle management plans to client agencies to ensure fulfillment of long-term objectives. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure life cycle management plans are fully funded. Organize work schedules to coordinate the installation of security infrastructure; Information Technology (IT) systems; heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment; and plumbing with daily operations inside federal buildings. Ensure continuous progress toward project goals without interruption to critical judicial or law enforcement operations. Provide mentorship to technical staff and advise on best practices within specific departments.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND POLICY COMPLIANCE: Assess unique challenges and environmental considerations stemming from early 20th-century building designs, including the safe removal and disposal asbestos-based components. Ensure construction and renovation operations comply with GSA building standards, U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) construction guidelines, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Review all construction documents, contracts, payment applications, and change orders.
