Installed air handlers or furnaces, along with duct work, either hard pipe or flexible duct in new construction and retrofit.
Installs included the following responsibilities
Set System, build platform if none in attic
Run and hang duct,
If hard pipe is being used, measure, cut, and wrap the pipe Run line set and thermostat wire
Run drain, vent if gas
Changed out old HVAC systems and repaired and fabricated as needed. Responsibility’s included Take apart and remove old systems and replace with new Flush Freon lines
Run new low voltage
Start system and charge if necessary

Maintained company property which was also a tree farm, this included tree clearing/trimming, mowing, weed eating, and leaf blowing. If new trees arrived to the farm, they had to be unloaded, laid out to designated location and planted.
Repaired, maintained, and remodeled properties that were being rented or vacant. Overseen the setup and material list for remodeling, remodeling would include hanging and finishing Sheetrock, painting, sanding, repairing/replacing doors. In addition if any electrical, plumbing, or HVAC problems were found they would be repaired.
