I have always been a dedicated employee/person engernal who will go above and beyond on anything she
determined to get and for my company and customers ! If I say it or want it I’m determined to get out there or go
and get it! Im determined to go after what I want regardless of of the hills and rocks or anything I have to over
come across or encounter to get it! Example:
After bout 6 months of being homeless I decided if it was going to get better or things would even have a chance to
change I had to be the one to make that change or create that ladder of opportunity! So I decated a solid week to
Job hunting! I made a promise ton My dearest friend that was taking and going with me that week for support and
to help bc I also had no car but I told him “I will have two yes 2 job by the time the week was up!” and as determined
and motivated I was I even surprised my self! I ended up with two jobs mid week
I have always been hired for management positions couple times given the keys and just threw in there without
training but train and learned as I went my last job I didn’t have a manager willing to train so I was rushed threw the
store training and handled the rest hands on myself! I felt like I would rather work for a company that cares for
there employees and have opportunity to move up with my company have manager happy to treat ever emoyees
the same …I decided that job wasn’t right for me for couple reasons so I had to leave the job along with a personal
reason which I can explain if given the chance to have interview
As long I have a teacher or manager willing to teach me I’m open to learn! Scratch that I’m the type to be hands on
and a lot of timed learning and teaching myself something new everyday! ! I’ve found out over the years if there is opportunities in a company to move
up then in my mind one day I will have the opportunity to do so if not I will make sure that opportunity is brought to
me! Im the person u van count on to make sure my job is done along with my coworkers or employees jobs r
done and to have that mind set to learn and move forward and upward n a company! I’d I feel like I have learned
everything there is to know bout my job (which there is always something new to learn everyday ) I’m willing to
teach others actually as I go and also willing to find the time to know my company!
I'm friendly and motivated and take my job very serious
I have recently had the chance to enroll in collage and go for bachelor in science of legal studies!
