I continue to update current policies and procedures based on evidence-based practices. I am most proud of building a strong nursing team and have increased our staffing numbers. The nursing department had a deficiency-free annual survey. I complete monthly reports to track and show improvements. I send these reports to our quality department, and they are viewed with the interdisciplinary team monthly.
