Responsibilities

Lead the budgets activities in collaboration with Directors & HOD’S, appraise it and provide performance reports as relate to financial and business plans.

Track and report actual financial performance versus budget and forecast, ensuring that any significant variances are analyze and brought to the attention of Management.

Monitor all regulatory financial ratios and signal to the management any deterioration ratios that may lead to regulatory breach.

Assist to formulate the Internal Capital Assessment Adequacy Plan in liaison with the CEO and the Head of Risk Management.
