EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

ROYAL EMIRATES HOSPITAL-UAE seeks to employ your service in our hospital and this document embodies the approved terms for the purpose of this contract and hereby congratulates you on your successful emergence based on detailed recruitment by our HR DIRECTOR. Further details are as follows POSITION: you will serve as PHARMACIST for the requirements of Royal Emirates Hospital -UAE SALARY: You will be eligible to receive USD 5,500 (Monthly Basic Monthly) and can be paid in Emirati Dirham

(AED). Employee shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if employee work time exceeds the official stipulated hours. Salary shall also be liable to increments with time and employees' official promotions and position in service.

Salary shall be paid on monthly bases. Work time shall be 40 hours work week for the thirty-six (36) months contract term as such employee shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if employee worktime exceeds the official stipulated hours. Salary shall also be liable to increments with time and employees' official promotions and position in service.

YOU WILL BE ENTITLED TO THE FOLLOWING ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS: Travel Insurance, Health Insurance, 3 Bedroom Flat /Family accommodations, 1 Bedroom Flat /Single accommodations.

*House & Furnishings: 40,659 USD (Yearly)

*Entertainment & Recreation: 3,400 USD (Monthly)

*Travel & Events/ Air tickets for you and your family.

*Free Education for Employees children (Only if Employee is coming as a family Status)

*Free Medicals care for Employee/Family

RESUMPTION DATE: You would be expected to resume duty on the 01st of June 2022 (Flexible, can be extended on application).

MEDICAL EXPENSES:

Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family. OBLIGATIONS: Employee shall render expert Services with due skill and proper care, maintaining the highest professional standard at all times.

CONSULTING PERSONNEL: You shall be expected to work lead a team of prime experienced personnel’s with the mandate to provide excellent services.

PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL:

All Employees are entitled to 1 month Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2 weeks apart on six months’ interval.

All Employees will receive $5,900 United State Dollars Take home for each leave Period. You shall also be entitled to annual vacation.

Employer for each Inter-continental trip shall be paid $3,590 United State Dollars flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by economy class, business class/first class flight, or otherwise if necessary.

However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase. Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer that he /she is coming with their family and as shall be requested by employee.

DOCUMENTS WHEN MOVING TO UAE COMPANY FOR JOB:

Prior to resumption as inscribed above, you shall be expected to start your job processes by acquiring and procuring your necessary employment authorization documents, Residence / Work permits papers With the Comfort Zone Travels UAE on it’s earliest acquisition, you will receive all your due entitlements/ emoluments prior to resumption of duty to enable you settle all domestic necessities before embarking on project trip and avoidance of excuses leading to delays on your side. ACCOMODATION / FEEDING:

Accommodations will be provided for employee. Accommodation shall be of first class international standard same as accommodates Royal Emirates Hospital-UAE expatriate senior and management staff. Employer shall also pay for and provide complete meals for employee / (Family) as deem appropriate for period of contract. UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES: The first two monthly salaries shall be paid in advance before you embark on journey to assume duty. This is to enable you settle all domestic needs in your country before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default. Employees are to note that 2-months upfront salaries are paid as soon as they procure and process the relevant Residence/Work Permit Documents through Comfort Zone Travels UAE and submit it to our Human Resources Department for Verification.

All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UAE shall be 75% paid into an offshore account to be provided by employee with the remaining 25% paid locally in UAE, if accepted by the Employee. TERMINATION: Termination without Cause. Either party may terminate this agreement without cause upon ninety (90) days prior written notice to the other. Termination for Cause. Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the other party materially or repeatedly defaults in the performance of its obligations and has not cured such default within 30 days of receipt of a default notice specifying the default and the intention to terminate.

AMENDMENT: Only a writing that is sign by both parties may amend this Agreement. EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES:

Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars ETC will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will reimburse the Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee's expense Report and Receipts as proofs of such Expenses.

Employer however agrees to reimburse fully all Travel costs and Expenses made by Employee. The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employee upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of expenses. NON-UAE RESIDENTS: It is our official policy that our employees must pay for their work visa / permit processing fees, as a proof of the readiness to join our team; they have to contact the Comfort Zone Travels UAE, and obtain these documents.

DOCUMENTS PROCESSING WORK PERMIT/RESIDENCE PERMIT VISA: Employee is requested to contact the below office, which is responsible for the processing of his or her Valid UAE Work Permit/Residence Permit and then should forward it to the HR of ROYAL EMIRATES HOSPITAL –UAE for Verification and confirmation.

Hence any expenses incurred shall be refunded to the Employee after 5 working days of Concluding all Immigration Arrangement.
