Dear Detroit Job Corps. Center (Detroit, MI)

Career Counselor

I would like to apply for the Career Counselor position within your Establishment. I believe this position would provide a great opportunity to further my chosen career. My willingness to work hard and build my skill base will make me a good candidate for the job. I have recently graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with an undertaking of relevant studies in a diploma of surveying.

My coursework has introduced me to Microsoft Excel, and Financial Aid assisting for students as a College Work-Study Employee. I currently hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with a first-time Social Worker License (LBSW) from the State of Michigan. The high level of practicality in my course will decrease your required training time … meaning that I am well prepared to assist with field work. I look forward to hearing from you at your convenience. R. James T. Wilson
