I’m writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Eric Yaddow.

I have worked with Eric for 11 years at Conn-Selmer in Elkhart IN at the Vincent Bach plant. We manufactured Brass musical instruments primarily professional trumpets and trombones. Eric worked as a tool maker and our interaction was mainly with my design of tools and fixtures. Eric would take the detailed prints and produce our fixtures or jigs to those prints.

Eric has many skills that include troubleshooting issues, the ability to make tools to aid production without guidance if necessary. He would set up machines for production as well as make tools to aid maintenance if needed in emergencies.

He has a great knowledge of working with tool room lathes, bridgeport mills, EDM machines, and other computer aided mills.

I would recommend Eric for a tool maker position.
