Worked my way from clerk to team development leader. Interim positions held were secretary, customer service associate, customer service specialist, and editor. Before retiring in June, 2002 managed
five editors which were management positions responsible for editing email going to existing and potential AT&T customers online. Also responsible for the customer service specialist team that handled complex customer problems for resolution. Position responsibilities included the management, administration, investigation, and satisfactory resolution and response on all written and verbal contacts, complaints, inquiries, via email or online with customers. Usually in conjunction with the customer satisfaction escalation process, and the responsibility to provide
