• Specific responsibilities are varied and includes; o Manages all aspects of Executive’s calendar to include scheduling meetings, maintaining efficient and streamlined calendar, determining which meetings Executive needs to attend and making decisions about the priority and importance of various calendar scheduling related topics.

o Schedules meetings for Direct Reports and provided calendar assistance as necessary. o Composes memos, transcribes notes and researches & creates presentations. o Administers programs, projects and/or processes specific to the operating unit served. o Communicates and interprets administrative and operating policies & procedures. o Assists in the preparation and coordination of records, statistics and reports regarding operations, etc.

o Manages all aspects of travel arrangements such as booking, preparing travel itineraries, making changes as needed and preparing expense report submissions. o Manages expenses within established processes.
