I was given the chance to step into a leadership role after showing my dedication to my restaurants. I ensured the Food and Drug Administration policies and any corporate policies were always being followed as I managed up to 7 stores at a time. I was present during routine inspections and conducted my own inspections to hold my team accountable for the state of their store.
