Summary of Relevant Qualifications

Extensive experience providing professional construction management services for numerous projects. Projects include but not limited to the following: construction management for numerous large site preparations, mitigation areas, retention areas, outfalls, water and wastewater treatment facilities, storm, water, and waste pipelines, well drilling, pump stations, tunnels, and roadways. Due to the complexity of most of the projects, having extensive experience in sequencing and phasing construction activities to minimize impacts is a huge plus in the construction business. Work closely with Clients and State Officials in developing public outreach programs to communicate construction activities and address concerns of local stakeholders. Vast knowledge of preparing and maintaining project controls documentation, design submittals, change orders, requests for information, payment applications, and backup documentation to provide complete construction management services from the design stage, to final project acceptance. Provide controls field engineering activities, including critical path method procurement scheduling, daily reports, financials, start-ups, commissioning, and inspections and conducts preconstruction and project status meetings. Work Experience

Senior Construction Manager. SFWMD, Storm Water Treatment Area 1 East Regrading and Imported Fill, Palm Beach County, FL. Perform construction management and inspection services for (2) STA 500 acre plots of land to improve water quality discharge to the Everglades Protection Area by balancing the flows and loads to meet Water Quality Based Effluent Limits. Senior Construction Manager. City of Hialeah, Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant, Hialeah, FL. Project is in the rural outskirts of the Everglades and involves a new facility to treat brackish groundwater using reverse osmosis technology. The desalination facilities had an ultimate peak day capacity of 25 million gallons per day of finished water, meeting all current US Environmental Protection Agency and Florida Department of Environmental Protection primary and secondary drinking water quality standards. The project includes site preparation, deep injection wells, pump stations, drilling of wells, culvert bridges, access roads, pipelines installed 20+ feet deep canal crossings, massive site preparation which included demolition, removal of muck, contaminated material, trash several feet deep, an unlimited compaction test. Coordinated and constructed a major mitigation wetland with extensive permitting agency involvement. Worked side by side with FDEP. Also, provided daily and weekly updates and site tours with the major stakeholders SFWMD, City of Hialeah and Miami-Dade. Project involved major site preparation which included removal of mucking, unsuitable fill, constructing and maintaining access roads, dewatering, lime rock fill and compaction, construction of major pumping facility, drainage pipelines and outfall. Coordinated and work almost daily with local permitting agencies and FDEP and SFWMD. Duties included sole responsibility of the project from preconstruction meeting to final inspections. Senior Construction Manager. Bayside Bridge Pinellas County, FL. Project involved construction of a girder bridge which connects Clearwater, Fl to Pinellas County. Duties included the complete oversight of drainage pipelines, retention areas, slopes, elevated highway, RE walls, riprap outfalls and construction of two major intersections. Duties also included sole project responsibility from preconstruction meeting to final inspections. Senior Construction Manager. US Army COE Performed QA/QC Peer Constructability Review for a design/build project of all A/E disciplines for the New Orleans Outfall at Lake Pontchartrain. This project is for the US Army Corps of Engineers Hurricane Protection Office with a total dollar value of

$700M.

Construction Manager. Pinellas County, South Cross Bayou Water Reclamation Facility, St. Petersburg, FL. Perform construction management services from preconstruction meeting to final commissioning of Phase 1 SCBWRF. Performed all inspection services which included major dewatering operation, various pipelines, access roads, structures, piling, start-up, and commissioning.

Construction Manager. Hillsborough County, Capital Improvement Program, Tampa, FL. Performed construction management, inspections and start-up assistance services for numerous water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and pipeline projects. Projects included but not limited to Dale Mabry WWTP, River Oaks WWTP, Valrico WWTP, and Falkenburg Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plants; Clay Avenue and Oakland Park major Pump Stations; and several pipeline projects.

Senior Construction Manager. Tampa Bay Water, West Pasco Improvements Design and Construction, Tampa, FL. Performed project oversight of inspectors and two construction contractors for 38,000 feet of 36- and 42-inch potable water main, a 6-million-gallon-per-day transfer pumping station. Including improvements to New Port Richey and Pasco County Water Treatment Plants.

Construction Manager. City of St. Petersburg, Northwest Water Reclamation Facility Headworks Improvements, St. Petersburg, FL. Performed project oversight all inspectors, construction contractors and provided project closeout services.

Senior Construction Manager. SFWMD Performed 90% and 100% constructability reviews for SFWMD Everglades Restoration Program on all A/E disciplines for Faka Union and Miller pumping facilities projects totally $500M. Construction Manager. City of Clearwater Public Works Department, Northeast and Marshall Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids 3

Treatment, Clearwater, FL. Complete oversight of all on-site inspectors, construction contractors, and provided project closeout assistance services. The project involved refurbishing two 90-foot-diameter primary digesters for the City of Clearwater, Florida.

Resident Project Manager. Tampa Bay Water, Lake Bridge Interim Pumping Station and Morris Bridge Booster Pumping Facility, Tampa, FL. Project involved construction of two major supply pumping facilities and miles of pipelines. Preform all construction management services and inspections from preconstruction meeting through final commissioning.
