• Responsible for weekly work site safety audits that were distributed of field and office management.

• Conduct Risk Assessment and enforce preventative measures

• Responsible for developing safety policies for each project and updating policies for ongoing projects.

• Ensuring workplaces compliance to health and safety legislation by carrying out daily site safety inspection, safety audit and various training / induction programs.

• Ensure proper implementation of Toolbox Talk, Pre- Task briefing, Heavy lift operations, lifting plan, Erection works etc.

• Preparation of training materials and conducting various training programs for employees.

• Analyses of method statement and risk assessment for various activities.

• Recommending and updating PPE on accordance with MSDS.

• Investigation and Reporting of accidents and

incidents.

• Attending joint Safety inspection with Consultant, Client, enforcing authorities and forwarding the Safety compliance status report within the time frame.

• Investigating the accidents / dangerous occurrences / near misses to find out the root cause and to suggest the corrective measures to avoid the reoccurrence and submitting the report to Authorities as required.

• Conduct Mock drills for identified emergency

preparedness and response at regular intervals and to check the readiness of such emergency systems.

• Submit Safety HSE Weekly& Monthly report to

Consultant and Client

• Conducting special training program for employees depending on training needs.

• Maintaining daily observation and weekly safety

inspection records and reporting to Project HSE
