Bartender Mine

My Name is Mike Swedlow and I am a life-long server/pleaser! It’s in my nature to be excited around people and make sure they have a good safe time.

I have worked for Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants as a bartender at The Eccentric, Bub City, and Shaw’s Crab house. It has been a few years since it’s been my main job, but I have done private parties and entertain at events now. I am a body builder in my spare time and live a healthy happy lifestyle.

With respect to work culture, I am a leader and team player to the core. I will try to resolve conflict without making the solution personal. The focus on service is to please the customer and make their experience a pleasure one. At least as nice as it can be!

I respect authority and keep a clean workplace. My habit is to be thinking like the brand, bar or Resturant is partly mine to grow and make better. I take responsibility as a worker to uphold the quality of service and class of behavior where I am employed.

I am honest and hard working always trying hard to earn my respect and place as a valuable person among the company.
