Designed the Wire Harness and Multi Prong Connectors for the Transit vehicle

Created, modified, assembled and packaged the front suspension components which includes: Front Half Shafts, Steering Linkage, Front Knuckle, King Pin, ABS Sensor, Struts, and Spring Compression Zones

Design Curb, Jounce, Rebound studies and Stack Up calculations

Responsible for the design and package of Rear Drive Lines, for the TRANSIT vehicle that includes two piece, three piece, four piece Drive shafts

Utilized Cardon and Constant Velocity Joints in design to complete Drive Shaft

Designed and packaged an experimental fuel System Called a LEAN N.O.X. system for the TRANSIT vehicle short, med., long wheel bases

Integrated LEAN N.O.X. into a modification of the Send and Return lines. This lead to the design of the Fuel Tank Sending Unit

Designed and developed Frames for the RANGER TRUCK and TRANSIT vehicle

Designed and packaged work on the F- 150 Brakes and TRANSIT brakes. Components included: Spindles,Hubs, Disks, Pads, sines, Calipers, Knuckles and Bearings

Designed and routed the Electronic Control Module and Wire Harness for the TRANSIT vehicle

Created Wheel/Tire, Jack clearance Packages for the MUSTANG, GRANDMARQUIS, LINCOLN TOWNCAR and THUNDERBIRD

Worked on the design and package for the F-53 Motor Home Air Intake Box, Air Induction Tube and Air Cleaner Housing

Designed and packaged the ECONOLINE Exhaust System For 4.3L, 5.4L, 6.8L Gas engines and 6.0 Diesel engines

1996 Designer

Designed and packaged 1994-1995 7.3L NAVISTAR diesel engine components for the F- 150 and ECONOLINE. Components included:

Water separator, IDM Module, Wire Harness, Block, Heads, Oil Filter, Oil Dip Stick Tube, Oil Pan, Injectors, Rail, FEAD system, Turbo, Air Induction Tube and Resonator Tubes

Designed and packaged the Skid Plate for the E4OD Transmission, Radiator Tubes

Designed and packaged a Transmission Inner cooler For the MONDAO

Designed and packaged F-150 and ECONOLINE Fuel Tanks and Lines for the 133”, 137” and 155” W/B

Completed Engine Roll, Clearance Zone, and Torque Roll Studies for many different engine components and clearance issues

All of the above Components and Systems were completed by attending and supporting Engineering meetings and Program Management meetings

All Design Clearance, Package, And Motion Studies were performed with PDGS and ADAMS software systems

Drawings and Layouts were checked and released with notice numbers and sighed off using WERS.

1991 to Integrated Computer Technology

1992 Designer

Designed and Packaged a number of engine components including Fan Shrouds, Engine wires, Battery Wires, Fan Belts, alternators, Fuel Pumps, Fuel Filters, Fuel Rail and Fuel Injectors

Worked in the Body Section on A and B Pillar and Interior Trim Pieces, Carpet & acoustic insulation, Antenna Retraction Devise, Ash Tray Slide Mechanism, Spare Tire Well, Jack/Strap Studies, Front and Rear Bumper and Mounts, Door Seals, Trim, Door Locks, Deck Lid Locks Front and Rear, Seat Track Slide and Lock Mechanism for The Ford ARROWSTAR vehicle

All of the above components and systems were completed by attending and supporting Engineering meetings

All Design Clearance and Movement Studies were completed In PDGS

All Drawings and Layouts were checked and released with notice numbers and singed off using WERS

1988 to Troy Design

1990 Designer

Worked on the CHRYSLER PREMIER vehicle Designed Rear Load Leveling system which included An Air compressor, Air lines, Sensor Switch, Airbags, Electrical Hookup, and Clamp Fasteners

Responsible for packaging the Front Shock Tower, Strut, Lower Control arm, half shaft, Transmission, Knuckle and Steering Gear

All above systems and components were completed by attending Engineering and Design meetings

Layouts and Details were completed in Manual Design

Designed and Detailed Fan Shrouds, Suspension components and Rear Drivetrain components

Created Engine Roll, Front and Rear Drivetrain Studies, Front and Rear Suspension studies for the 1991 CHRYSLER DAKOTA truck and PREMIER LH vehicle
