Don Juncker ABOUT ME CAREER SUMMARY
Don Juncker has held executive positions with Carrier Corporation, Star Trac by Unisen Inc., Associated Spring, and Whirlpool Corporation. He is recognized as an exceptional leader and change agent in a variety of manufacturing, engineering and service related rolls. He has over twenty years of industry experience and has proven himself as a practitioner in Lean Manufacturing (TPS) and Lean Six Sigma in multiple business applications, new product developments, and quality control.
As a leader he has relentlessly upgraded teams, and used every encounter as an opportunity to build and implement business improvements in multiple diverse environments. Successfully he has exuded positive energy and optimism by building teams that advanced business opportunities for improvement, ultimately resulting in reducing costs and yielding competitive margins. His leadership roles and expertise define him as a successful leader.
Don served on the Executive Board of the Orange County, California AeA (American Electronics Association) and co-chaired the Operations Committee. He received a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research & Computer Science, Purdue University where he was enrolled as a University/Industry Co-op Student. The faculty recognized him as an Outstanding Industrial Engineer in 1998. Employed as Human Factors research assistant under an Easter Seal Foundation grant.
