Functional support of People Tools upgrade project – move Peoplesoft servers to Oracle cloud and upgrade to latest tool release 8.59.09, PUM images to 43 for FSCM with application expertise, execute unit and system integration testing and support user acceptance testing as well as post upgrade production support.

Provide production support for Accounting Operation group and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and functionality. Modules supporting includes Accounts Payable, Billing (3rd party interfaces) and Accounts Receivable.
