Credit and Portfolio management
Provide loans to SMEs, (individual and group lending). Also, to know who is the owner of the business or the one who have injected the business capital, and to assess the current financial position of the business. Reviewing daily and monthly sales of business to determine repayment capacity of the customer’s business and validating the business and collateral physically though local government. Manage, monitor and fall up all loan in arrears as a team; this is very potential for our credit department team and customers themselves to understand that late payment is harmful to the business and is not acceptable. The close contact to remainder them and follow up after loan disbursement, we work in team using phone and physical fall up, also involve their local government for any difficult concern their office. Training staffs in loan recovery techniques.
Advising top management to restructure the loan of the client who is facing temporary financial problems for a certain period of time.
Supervise loan recovering in case of any late repayment or delinquency, the credit and recovery departments take responsibility to make sure the client repays back a loan by close contact and follow up, and sometimes, confiscation may take place for the case of default/defaulters through recovery and legal department, dept collectors or court.

To collect from the customer all documents required for loan purpose and prepare loan application form for further procedures. Loan monitoring through post loan not follow up and disbursement.
Recovery loan in case of late repayment, delinquency, or default. Working as a team and close contact with customers, all credit officers and credit department we were responsible to make sure the clients repay back outstanding amount.
(iv): Tan roads Coast Region (2010-2013).
Position: Accountant Grade II.
The works I performed are:
Collect cash at weighbridge station and deposit it at bank. Prepare daily report of cash collected at weighbridge. Prepare voucher and process payment.
To prepare all accounts receivable and payables in epicor system.
