Manage over 4600 tools/ 150 chemicals within the facility

Responsible for scheduling and tracking toolroom and shop priorities along with vendor /subcontractor activities

Initiate all work orders / purchase orders through Maximo Tracking systems

Procure materials, chemicals, commercial items, and track deliveries

Interface with vendors, secure funding, cost estimates, and work with onsite sourcing

Manage cost, billing charge numbers, and tracking of all jobs being performed in Maximo
