Managing Director Dec 2022-Present Hired as the onsite SW Florida Managing Director to navigate the operations of this resort for a New Jersey based organization as they invest 200M to build three luxury 4-star towers with a total of 640 condominiums and 220 rental suites, 10 cabanas, 12 retail stores, spa, salon, and food & beverage outlets to include upscale seafood restaurant, casual restaurant, wine and tapas bar, food trucks, and outside beer tent with attached tiki bar.

Supervised staff of 60 during season.
