Skills Used
Being a Super Market Refrigeration Tech. comes with a great deal of responsibility, experience, and dedication. Not all Refrigeration Techs have the knowledge to perform the necessary duties needed to work on Parallel Refrigeration. I for one started out as a domestic refrigeration tech many years ago. I started with the basic system and moved up to Supermarket Refrigeration because I love what I do. The bigger the better I have always said to myself. There is always room to improve in my field and that is why I enjoy it so much. I have done HVAC as many years as Refrigeration, but Refrigeration is my passion. To be able to solve a problem correctly and in a timely fashion is important in this field. My biggest skill is to be the best I can possibly be and enjoy it at the same time. Supermarket refrigeration tech, conversion tech, RAC startup tech. HVAC technician,.

Servicing and maintaining All Refrigeration Systems can be difficult because of the simple fact that they have no monitoring dept. for advising management of a problem in one or more of their Refrigeration Systems. When servicing an Albertsons requiring a repair I complete the repair or repairs assigned to me then do a complete walk through of the entire store. I check all the systems and most of the time I find more problems or problems that might arise and or will arise in the future,. And sometimes I find some other system is down. Addressing it to the Store Director is very important and appreciated. Also It keeps you from having to turn around and go back. Skills Used
To provide the knowledge, skill, dedication, and most of all the desire to perform my duties as a Super Market Refrigeration Tech. Doing what I do does not seem like a labor of dissatisfaction but a privilege. I love what I do and that is my greatest skill I have to offer. Electrican, Kitchen Cooking Equipment Tech

Accomplishments
When I was hired to be the PERSON to take care of this resort I felt it was too much for one person. Then I thought about it and put my mind, skills, knowledge, and passion for what I love to do. Fix things but not look bad. I evaluated all the equipment under my command and made a PM formula that would work. It took about six months to get all the equipment to proper working condition. During and after that my PM was in place and all the systems were under control. I was able to perform routine maintenance after that. changing filters, belts, coil cleaning etc. The only heavy service work was the kitchen cooking equipment due to constant use 18 hours a day. This was not a problem. After 3 years at the resort I was only called in once for an A/C system on pool side. I must say that it Was Fun. Skills Used
The skills I used in this job was the knowing and understanding that it was my responsibility and duty to perform my job to the best of my knowledge and perform it efficiently and effectively. Even though there were times when I felt the tasks at hand might not be solved I never gave up and came out on top with tremendous respect for myself, but also from others.
