• I started at Lufkin rebuilding wrist pins and was quickly promoted to constructing "skeletons" that were used to make concrete pads for pumping units. Within 3 months of hire I was promoted to supervisor of the construction of the pumping unit pads as well 2 new employees. I was told to think outside of the box and make improvements if I could. I did some research and was able to take our operation from making
$30,000 to $90,000 using techniques that I implemented while making our operation safer as well. I operated 40ton tandem front axle pole truck to flip pans and load concrete pads onto trailers. I wrote purchase orders, scheduled delivery of concrete on a daily basis. I also organized our work schedules, kept inventory, ordered diesel, metal supplies and welding supplies on a weekly basis as needed. Education
