Established Incoming Inspection System to established AQL of critical raw materials. 3. Developed Final Audit System for primary OEM Accounts resulting in reducing PPM count from 1,000 to under 100ppm.
4. Developed Group Time Reduction of Extrusion Set-Up or Changeover. Resulted in a projected goal of 20% reduction in time equating to thousands of dollars of downtime saved. 5. Developed Pre-Control Program to monitor high-volume machined parts applied to fighter and commericial aircraft.
6. Wrote fabrication procedures of Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel piping sub-assemblies which required approval by Nuclear Site AE's.
