Payroll Management, Custodianship of employee document and company’s legal documents, Manpower Coordination and employee support.
Calculating employee overtime based on the company standards and government regulations
Updating of the leave details of the employee, supported by the medical certificate and the leave request form for vacation.
Ensuring employees do not deviate the leave policy of the company
Manpower Transfer, termination, resignation, absent over vacation.
Disciplinary actions against the employees if needed.
Assisting with necessary letters for various need of the employees like Bank Loan, NOC for car Loan, or lost ID card and Employment certificate requirements
Grievance Handling and mentoring the same to ensure safety and security of the employees.

Participate for all the Tasks Among Admin and Finance Department work on (Quick Books) Accounting System to Prepare Payroll for All the Employees.
Control and Manage All the Employees Social Security, Over Time Sheet, and Consideration for Warning Letters.
Inform Logistic Department to Prepare and Arrange Car to Take & Bring Employees for Airport.
Making yearly contract for all local and expat employees Preparing Voucher for all HR Expenses and HR Vendors for Ticket expenses. Computer Skills:
