MANDY ELDRIDGE
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Throughout my lifetime I have been in numerous positions that have showcased my work ethic, commitment to excellence, and customer service skills. I have also taken several courses in business management that have directly impacted my skill set in relation to the work force. Excellence, integrity, and a putting forth the best efforts possible are just a few of the many traits that I possess.
EXPERIENCE
BIAGGI’S RISTORANTE ITALIANO
Server
As a server at Biaggi’s I was responsible for providing excellent customer service. Wine knowledge and providing service according to the “Biaggi’s Standard” was our main focus and goal. I was responsible for several of the large parties, events and meetings that took place in our back event room. As a closer, I was responsible for checking out the other servers sections and side work to ensure we were set up for success for the following day.
SUMMIT
Server/Bartender/Supervisor
Started as a server during their busy season then quickly moved to bartending. As a bartender I would also be responsible for my own section taking food and drink orders, and making all the drinks for the servers. All while providing excellent customer service and attention to all patrons. In addition, worked special events, which was a big focus for the Summit. After COVID, I quickly moved up to supervisor. As a supervisor I was responsible for an efficient, smooth, and well-managed staff. I was solely responsible for hiring, training and scheduling Servers, Food Runners, Bussers and Hosts. I would manage shifts as scheduled and run training meetings as required.
CAMBRIA HOTEL
Bar Manager/Bartender
As the Bar Manager I was responsible for the bars ordering and maintaining a great spot for guests to enjoy a drink and dinner after their long days. I chose which beers and liquors that would draw interest to the bar and restaurant. I was constantly coming up with new cocktails to make each visit a new experience. I worked on making it a fun place for the guests to visit as well as the staff wanting to be at work. I helped maintain the POS (Aloha) constantly updating information and running reports, as well as cleaning it out from unnecessary things that made it run slower.
MONROES RESTAURANT AND LOUNGE
Restaurant Manager/Bartender/Trainer
Through hard work and determination I was able to work my way up through the ranks of Monroe’s Restaurant & Lounge eventually becoming the restaurant manager. While managing Monroe’s profits increased each month from the previous years. I was single handedly responsible for all of Monroe’s advertising including managing their social media accounts. Managing an entire restaurant was not exciting but also a welcome challenge. I am however most proud of training and maintaining a great, hard working staff that not only did a great job, but wanted to be there.
UNCLES PIZZERIA
Bartender/Trainer
As the lead bartender at Uncles I was in charge of training new employees, being the administrator for the POS system, taking food and drink orders and preparing new cocktails, all while providing excellent customer service and attention to all patrons.
ORIGINS
Shift Manager/Bartender/Trainer
Throughout my employment at Origins Wine Bar and Wood-Fire Pizza I had been the cornerstone of quality service and dinning experience. The responsibility of ensuring an efficient, smooth, and well-managed staff fell entirely on my shoulders. This was done all the while providing expert wine advice, perfect drink preparation, and creating unique, one of a kind, new cocktails.
MINGLES LOUNGE
Bartender
As an employee at Mingles Lounge I was one of only two bartenders ensuring customer satisfaction, while meeting 100% TIPS compliance. My responsibilities included, not only preparation of drinks, but utilization of POS system, inventory of product and all closing duties. In addition I also worked special events and parties as they arose.
OUTLAW SALOON
Cocktail waitress/Bartender
During the Cheyenne Frontier Days Celebration I was employed at the Outlaw Saloon. This was a high-energy fast paced atmosphere. In addition to cocktail serving I was bartending most nights with the responsibility of my own bar section.
