Partnered with new distribution conglomerates to expand our reach into over 15 states as well as expanding into 3 new countries. Served as a lead on the new store opening team for first 13 locations in the USA, I only left the company as it was time to go launch Sacrvm Mezcal. This included writing employee handbooks, creating and implementing inventory management procedures, training the staff and then continuing to manage each kitchen so that product was uniform from cafe to cafe.
