Summary

I started a residential building business my first year out of college in 1987. I incorporated and have been in the building industry for 20 plus years. Involving getting city licenses, drawing house plans and plots with DATD CAD soft wear, I've been involved with the entire process of developing land from installing streets to building houses and the advertising sales of all included. I have both gathered bids and given them out as well as preformed estimates for building projects. I have hired sub-contractors and overseen the full scope of projects. Education
